Although it`s easy to forget with BlackBerry Mobile capturing most of the BlackBerry handset news these days, there are officially three organizations with the license to build BlackBerry-branded handsets across various regions, TCL/BlackBerry Mobile, BB Merah Putih, and finally Optiemus Infracom.
